At 324 Squadron (South Shields), we’re committed to building a society where every young person can easily realise their potential and achieve their goals. We believe that providing children a nurturing environment is essential to their overall development. Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, and through personalised attention and guidance we are essentially providing them with all the resources they need to thrive as leaders in years to come. Aside from all the great experiences and new skills you'll gain as an air cadet, you can also take away real qualifications that will set you apart from the crowd when you head to university or begin your chosen career.

324 Squadron (South Shields) has been at the forefront of making a difference in children’s lives since 1941. Located at the intersection of community and life, 324 Squadron (South Shields) is a life-affirming journey that builds on the richness and power of lifelong values. We have been providing young people the values and skills they need to become exceptional community leaders.
